The waste-processing machine is the technology of the UK and Italy. Later on, each 400 tons of waste which have been processed, can produce electrical energy about 6-8 megawatts. In addition, residual ash from waste burning can also be used as a cement mixture or material for paving blocks.
Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat disclosed the technology uses a method of sanitary land fields, which is by stacking and stockpiling waste is not suitable for urban areas. The reason is, it requires a large land or about 2-2.5 hectares.
